Left Behind Workers Fund

The humanitarian crisis of COVID-19 has impacted the lives of everyone, everywhere.  While many people impacted by the pandemic have been able to access the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and pandemic unemployment benefits, tens of thousands of workers in Colorado have been left out.  These valued members of our community are essential workers who are not eligible to receive unemployment benefits or the stimulus relief check.

In order to help support all our community members during this challenging time, Lifespan Local has teamed up with Impact Charitable to help distribute $1000 cash assistance through the Left Behind Workers Fund.  In partnership with our local community organizations, we have identified over 350 eligible people and distributed more than $350,000 to help people cover their rent, food, medical bills, and other urgent and pressing needs. These critical funds also help support our entire community by encouraging continued support of local businesses and keeping our community healthy.
