Commún is looking to build strength in our food and mental health programs. We are hiring for a Director of Food Programs, a Mental Health Therapist, and a part-time Data Analyst to start as soon as possible!

*Commún's food programs include a weekly food share, a farm, and four community gardens. The Director of Food Programs supports volunteers and participants to grow as leaders, builds a connected and caring culture, and will work with the community to envision and carry out the transition to a regional food hub over three years. 30hrs/week, $22-$25/hour with benefits. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is required.

*The Mental Health Therapist will work with a team of youth to carry out an innovative mental health program designed by the youth themselves. This position works with interns and the mental health team to engage youth and their families to be the creators of a unique mental health program for youth ages 12-21 in Southwest Denver. 30hrs/week, $50K salary with benefits. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency is preferred.

*Data is essential to community-directed programming. While our team of community organizers collects stories and builds relationships in the community, Commún is looking to strengthen our understanding of the data by hiring a part-time Researcher/Data Analyst. This position will process, analyze, and present back to the community what the written interviews, numerical data, and oral stories that the community organizers have been collecting are telling us to inform programming and decision-making across the board. 10hrs/week, $18-22/hr. Spanish fluency is required, English proficiency is preferred.
